AAHHHH, I'm Ready Foot-soak
We will soak your feet in warm water with a special foot soak, while a heat pack warms your neck and shoulders, settling your body and mind to get the most out of your treatment. You will then have the option of using a walnut scrub to exfoliate your feet and using a soothing peppermint foot balm. If you are adding this on to a massage or reflexology treatment the peppermint foot balm will be applied after your treatment to soften your feet and lock in moisture.

Reflexologists apply pressure to these points with their hands to achieve overall well-being of mind, body and soul, or to treat specific symptoms and diseases. Soaking the feet works on a similar principal and is a complementary treatment to massage and reflexology.
